At Mehak Fashion Label, each product is carefully sourced and checked by our team before dispatch. As many of our products are fashion and lifestyle essentials (women’s dresses, jewellery, lipsticks, lunch boxes, water bottles, etc.), slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to photography or lighting.

We accept Returns & Exchanges only under the following conditions:

✅ The order was damaged in transit
✅ The order was incorrect/wrong product sent
✅ The product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Customers must provide a live product opening video or clear photos at the time of unboxing.
  
  

• The product must be returned exactly as received, in original packaging, unworn/unused, with tags/barcodes intact.
  
  

• The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@mehakfashionlabel.com or WhatsApp at +91-XXXXXXXXXX.
  
  

• Once we receive your request, our Quality Control (QC) Team will review and approve/reject the claim at their discretion.
  
  

Reverse Pick-Up & Replacement

• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address.
  
  

• After receiving the returned product and successful QC check, we will:
  
  

• Replace the product with a new one (if available), OR
  
  

• Provide a Store Credit (valid for 3 months) in case the item is out of stock.
  
  

Important Notes

❌ Returns/Exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• If no unboxing video/photos are provided.
  
  

• If the product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  
  

• For lipsticks and other personal-use products (non-returnable due to hygiene reasons).
  
  

• Minor variations in color/design due to photography or lighting.
  
  

• Wrong size chosen by customer (please refer to size guides carefully before purchase).
  
  

• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  
  

• If a package is refused by recipient or not accepted after 3 delivery attempts.
  
  

• If barcode/tag is missing or tampered with.
